Redevelopment Concepts for the Mall Site in Downtown Green Bay:

--Overall Concepts--

Home

Washington Commons/Port Plaza Mall building would be largely demolished. The site would be split up by a restored street grid wherever possible, allowing for new developments to fill the smaller parcels.

Much of the site would be redeveloped with the "Green Objective", meaning that the new developments should reflect nature via actual green space (some year-round) with architecture that is organic in design as well as function.

Click the links to the left to get explore these concepts in more detail. You can start with the Tower concept

I am in no way affiliated with the City of Green Bay; I am not an employee of, or consultant for, the City of Green Bay.

I am just a citizen of this city who decided to stop complaining about the downtown and start doing something about it.
