Sentence Diagramming Guide: Section 2 - Adjectives

1. Start by drawing your core structure.
2. An adjective modifies a noun, so your adjective will be coming off of the bottom of your subject.
3. Draw a slanted line that is at about a 45° angle with your core sentence line underneath the subject.
4. Write your adjective (adj.) on the line.
